Since 2018, we have been successfully working in digital innovation to improve the recruitment and selection process in HR. nCore HR was created to simplify the world of human resources, benefiting both job seekers and future employers.
Where we started
nCore HR was founded in 2017 to be part of the Digital Transformation process that has allowed a complete innovation of the human resources sector. Thanks to the trust of our investors, by 2018, we had already become one of the fastest-growing startups in the Italian scene. Today, we operate in several countries, focusing on improving the selection process and we receive a job application every 5 seconds from around the globe.
